BCBA/BCaBA Positions

Family Insight is currently looking for both BCaBA/LaBAs and BCBA/LBAs to provide individual and family counseling in our Applied Behavioral Analysis program, specifically for children diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. These positions offers competitive pay, a $1,000 signing bonus for candidates who possess BCaBA/LaBA or BCBA/LBA credential, and opportunities for growth. Tuition reimbursement is available for employees who wish to further their education in the field of ABA.

Job Responsibilities:
These positions will be responsible for assessing clients with various developmental disabilities and needs, developing treatment plans, providing and/or supervising the implementation of ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the home and community settings, maintaining data and making treatment decisions based on progress, providing training to staff and families, coordinating and/or attending pertinent meetings with community providers, and maintaining client records and documentation from intake to discharge.

Job Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification by the BACB.
Active Licensed Behavior Analyst through the VA Board of Medicine.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Supervisor experience preferred.
